Description: The copies of RIS on the drive do not match.
Action: Check for other errors. The drive may need to be replaced.
SCSI Port X, Drive ID Y...S.M.A.R.T. Predictive Failure Errors Have Been Detected in
the Factory Monitor and Performance Data...
...SOLUTION: Please replace this drive when conditions permit.
Description: A predictive failure warning for this hard drive has been generated, indicating that a drive
failure is imminent.
Action: Replace this drive at the earliest opportunity. Refer to the server documentation for drive replacement
information before performing this operation.

remain disabled until it is reinitialized.
Action: Run the server setup utility to reinitialize the array accelerator board.
Soft firmware upgrade required
Description: ADU ("Array diagnostic software" on page 76) has determined that the controller is running
firmware that has been soft upgraded by the Upgrade Utility. However, the firmware running is not present
on all drives. This could be caused by the addition of new drives in the system.
Action: Update all drives to the latest firmware version ("Firmware maintenance" on page 80).
