board. If you believe the system board requires replacement, contact HP Technical Support
("Contacting HP" on page 185, "Contacting HP technical support or an authorized reseller" on
page 185) before proceeding.
Action: Replace the board on which the processor is installed.

Action: Replace the memory module. If the problem persists, replace the memory board.
HP BladeSystem p-Class infrastructure error codes
The server blade management modules and power management modules contain service ports that enable
service personnel to gather fault information.
To gather the fault information:
1. Connect to the service port. For more information, refer to the HP BladeSystem Maintenance and
