Loaded with Ink
Printheads for color(s) indicated do
not have ink loaded: K (80), C (81),
M (82), or Y (83)
Fill the affected printheads with ink.
See “Set the Printhead and Camera
Height” on page 5-12.
A-IS-[84 85 86 87] - [color] Ink Sensor
Disconnected
The on-head ink sensor for the
color(s) indicated is disconnected.
Reconnect the ink sensor. Contact
your Authorized Service Provider or
MacDermid ColorSpan Technical
Support for instructions.
A-IS-[88 89 8A 8B] - [color] Air Sensor
Disconnected
The on-head air sensor for the
color(s) indicated is disconnected.
Reconnect the air sensor. Contact
your Authorized Service Provider or
MacDermid ColorSpan Technical
Support for instructions.
A-IS-[90 91 92 93 94] - [color] Pump
Disconnected
The pump indicated is disconnected. Reconnect the pump and restart the
printer.
A-IS-100 - Excess Ink Bucket Full The excess ink and solvent reservoir
below the supply reservoirs is full.
Empty and dispose of the excess ink
and solvent according to local regula-
tions.
A-IS-[106]- Ink Counting Not Working The ink counting mechanism has
failed.
Check docking station cables.
A-IS-[10C]- Ink Counting Not Working The ink counting mechanism has
failed.
Restart the printer. If the problem
persists, contact your Authorized Ser-
vice Provider or Technical Services.
A-IS-120 - OHS Read/Write Failure Failed to communicate with OHS
board.
Reseat the profilers and ensure they
are inserted correctly. Check OHS
board cable connections. If the prob-
lem continues after resetting this
error, contact your Authorized Ser-
vice Provider or MacDermid Color-
Span Technical Support.
W-IS-[1 2 3 4] - [color] Low Ink The ink box indicated is low on ink. Replace the ink box soon.
W-IS-5 - Cleaning Solvent Low The cleaning solvent box is almost
out of cleaning solvent.
Replace the cleaning solvent box
soon.
W-IS-6 -
Cleaning Solvent Missing Profiler
The cleaning solvent profiler is not
detected.
Install the cleaning solvent profiler.
W-IS-7 - Out Of Cleaning Solvent The cleaning Solvent reservoir is
empty.
Purging will be disabled until you
replace the cleaning solvent box.
W-IS-8 - Replace Ink Filters The reservoir filters need to be
replaced.
Replace the reservoir filters. (See
“Replace Ink Filters” on page 5-19 for
instructions.)
W-IS-9 - Incorrect Cleaning Solvent
Profiler
The profiler in the cleaning solvent
slot is not a cleaning solvent profiler
or is the wrong type.
Replace the profiler with appropriate
cleaning solvent profiler.
WS-IS-A - Invalid Cleaning Solvent
Profiler
Cleaning solvent profiler is not valid. Replace cleaning solvent profiler.
