time interval (including Time Interval, Risetime, Falltime, Duty Cycle, and Pulse
Width functions) measurements.
A sequence of ASCII-encoded bytes: POS or NEG

• Only applies when [:SENS]:TINT:ARM:ESTART:LAY2:SOUR EXT is
selected.
