Limited warranty for toner cartridge life 171
How do I return the faulty cartridge?
In the event the cartridge proves to be defective, complete the
Service Information Form and attach a print sample illustrating the
defect. Return the form and cartridge to the place of purchase, where
the cartridge will be replaced.
How does State, Province or Country Law apply?
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also
have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province,
or country to country. This limited warranty is the sole warranty on the
HP toner cartridge and supersedes any other warranty relating to this
product.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HEWLETT-PACKARD COMPANY BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST
PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR
OTHERWISE.
