5. Position the computer so the front faces forward.

6. Open the computer as far as it will open.

7. Swing the back edge of the switch cover forward ➊ (Figure 5-19).

8. When the switch cover disengages from the base assembly, remove the cover ➋.

Reverse the above procedure to install the switch cover.
