Hard drive
Replacing a hard drive
For more information on SATA hard drives and the SATA RAID configuration, see SATA devices
on page 145.
Removing a hard drive
1. Disconnect power from the system (
Pre-disassembly procedures on page 55), and remove the
access panel (
Access panel on page 61).
2. Disconnect the cables from the hard drive.
3. Push in on the green drivelock release tabs, and pull the hard drive out of the chassis.
