Error Code Error Message Description and Recommended Action

Action: Update the host information. Search for
and delete the device files that were generated
while the file system was being added, remove the
cause of the error, and then retry the operation to
add the file system.
KARF62023-E The logical volume name is invalid. Cause: The request was made with an invalid
value.
Action: Acquire the error information for
Provisioning Manager and Device Manager, and
then contact the Support Center.
KARF62024-E A process using the specified file system
exists.
Cause: The requested operation is invalid in the
host's system configuration.
Action: Depending on the contents of the error
message, revise the host status, remove the cause
of the error, and then retry the operation.
KARF62025-E 2 or more logical volumes are on the specified
disk.
Cause: The host information recognized by the
Provisioning Manager server has not been
updated.
Action: Refresh the host information, and then retry
the operation.
KARF62026-E A file system that has multiple device files
mounted cannot be modified or deleted.
Cause
Multiple device files have been mounted on
the specified mount point.
Action
Check the host status, revise the mount
setting to the specified mount point, and then
retry the operation.
KARF62027-E The specified mount point has a snapshot. Cause
The host information recognized by the
Provisioning Manager server has not been
updated.
Action
Refresh the host information, and then retry
the operation.
KARF62028-E The specified logical volume is a snapshot. Cause
The host information recognized by the
Provisioning Manager server has not been
updated.
Action
Refresh the host information, and then retry
the operation.
KARF62029-E A file system that has been mounted on
multiple mount points cannot be modified or
deleted.
Cause: There are mount points, other than the
specified mount point, that the same device file
has been mounted on.
Action: Check the host status, revise the mount
setting to the specified mount point, and then retry
the operation.
KARF63001-E The character * cannot be used. Cause: The request was made with an invalid
value.
Action: Acquire the error information for
Provisioning Manager and Device Manager, and
then contact the Support Center.
KARF63002-E The specified logical volume does not exist. Cause: The host information recognized by the
Provisioning Manager server has not been
updated.
Action: Refresh the host information, and then retry
the operation.
KARF63003-E The specified physical volume does not exist. Cause: The host information recognized by the
