The stand is secured with four screws that you can remove from the inside of the rear cover.

To remove the stand:

1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see

Preparing to Disassemble the Computer

on page 40).

2. Remove the rear cover (see

Rear Cover on page 41).

3. Position the rear cover to you can access the inside.

4. From the inside of the rear cover, remove the four screws that secure the stand to the cover.

5. Position the rear cover with the stand facing upward.
