Jam in the 8-bin mailbox (face-down bins)
1 Move the finishing device away from the MFP. To do this,
stand on the left side of the MFP and pull the finishing device
straight toward you.
2 Carefully remove any jammed media from the belt.
3 Push the 8-bin mailbox back into place.
Note

finishing device.
