Steps 12 and 13 apply only to HP Pavilion dv1000 notebook
models. See steps 14 and 15 in this section for information on
removing the display assembly on HP Compaq nx4800 and
Compaq Presario V2000 notebook models.

CAUTION: Support the display assembly when removing the following
screws. Failure to support the display assembly can result in damage to
the display assembly and other notebook components.
12. Remove the 4 PM2.0×7.0 round head screws 1 that secure
the display assembly to the notebook.
13. Remove the display assembly 2.
