Verifying Remote Support
To verify that Remote Support is functioning correctly, use the SPmaint module in SPOCC.
1. Log into SPOCC (https://<SP IP>).
2. In the left navigation pane, click SPmaint.
3. Under Service Processor - SP Maintenance, click Network Configuration.
4. Under Service Processor - Network Configuration, click Test 3PAR Secure Service Collector
Server.
5. Verify that SPOCC displays Connectivity test to HP 3PAR Secure Service Collector Server
successful.
NOTE: The host names in the figure are examples; other host names will appear with your
configurations.
6. Verify that the Service Processor is transferring files successfully:
