NOTE: This kit is a mandatory FIO.
-NOTE: This riser supports one single wide, or one double wide GPU or
graphics adapter option in the primary riser position.
HP DL380z Gen8 Double Wide Slot2 FIO Riser Cage
NOTE: This Kit is optional, but available only as FIO.
NOTE: Two 1200W Power supply kits and 2 processors are required for this
riser
NOTE: This riser supports two single wide, or one double wide GPU or
graphics adapter option in the secondary riser position

HP DL380z NVIDIA Quadro K4000 PCIe FIO Graphics Adapter

NOTE: Each of the HP DL380z Gen8 Dbl Wide GPU Riser Kits (766993-B21
& 766994-B21) supports one of the above GPU’s or graphics adapters. For
dual GPU or dual graphics adapter configuations it is necessary to install both
GPU Riser Kits, the second processor (E5-2600v2 series only), and the
1200W Power supply (766992-B21)
NOTE: Gen8 rail kits have changed significantly from prior generation rail
kits. Please take a moment to review the installation documentation that
comes with the system to help you with the installation of your Gen8 Virtual
Workstation.
NOTE: For in-rack serviceability HP recommends theeither the Ball bearing
or Easy Install rail kits.
NOTE: Rail kits are optional for the HP DL380z Gen8 and are not included
with the system. Customers have the option to purchase their virtual
workstation without a rail kit.
NOTE: To assist in the installation of the system into the rack, an optional
installation tool is available by contacting your local services representative
(p/n 695539-001).
Caution: HP recommends that a minimum of two people are required for all
Rack Virtual Workstation installations. Please refer to your installation
instructions for proper tools and number of people to use for any installation.
