How to Set Up the SDI Output
ThissectiondescribeshowtosetupSDIoutputonthelinuxsystem.Therearefour
methodsofusingtheSDIoutput.Eacharemutuallyexclusive–youcannotusetheSDI
outputinmorethanonemodeatatime.
Clonemode:InClonemode,theSDIoutputisacloneofthedisplayoutput.Thisis
thedefaultmode.YoucanswitchdirectlytoDualview/Twinviewmodewhile
operatingtheSDIoutput.

Dualviewmode(TwinView):InDualviewmodetheSDIdeviceistreatedasa
regularflatpanelandyoucandefineonelargedesktopthatextendsfromthedisplay
totheSDIoutput.ThisletsyoumovewindowsbetweentheSDIoutputandthe
graphics(DVI)displaypartoftheextended
desktop.
