lifecycles, including hardware resource deployment, health monitoring, software version control,
performance monitoring, vulnerability, scanning and patch management.

Additional ProLiant Essentials software and management tools included on the Insight Control
Management kit can be installed manually.

Management DVD, which can be delivered with HP BladeSystem c-Class enclosures with a choice of
licensing options. Licensing options include a free 30 day evaluation license for 8 servers (default option
for every enclosure order), a full purchased license for 8 blade servers or a full purchased license for 16

ProLiant Essentials Rapid
Deployment Pack
Rapid Deployment Pack (RDP) extends HP Systems Insight Manager with a
complete deployment solution for HP ProLiant blade servers. RDP provides a
central location to configure server hardware, deploy Windows, Linux and
VMware ESX operating environments and install HP ProLiant Support Pack
drivers using images and scripted profiles.
